REGISTRATION

All participants are advised to register as soon as possible in order to secure the place and receive the updating important information on the program as well as the conference.

There is no registration fee.

Registration Form should be returned to khuyenvtk@ut.edu.vn by 01 November 2023.

Cancellations must be received by the Organizing Committee in writing 30 working days before the date of the conference.

AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Authors are advised to prepare their manuscript using Microsoft Word or LaTeX. The authors are kindly requested to submit the paper via the easychair submission system. Submissions are accepted in English or Vietnamese.

Full Research Paper: Completed research papers in any of the topic areas listed or related areas. All pages are portrait (landscape pages should be rotated). Please click the box below to download the template of the manuscript.

• An abstract should be typed as a single paragraph of 200 words maximum in total. The abstract should be an objective representation of the article, follow the structure but without headings: background – methods – results – summary, and should not exaggerate the main conclusions.
• Keywords: Three to ten pertinent keywords that are specific to the article content need to be added after the abstract.

Oral presentation: The authors can also present topic and network with other researchers and academics in the scopes of the conference. Under no circumstances may your presentation last longer than 15 minutes including the discussion with the audience.

Poster presentation: Posters are also welcomed to represent your studies, discuss and explain them in direct contact to the audience. The poster exhibition is available in the conference’s venue during the entire length of conference. Please inform us in advance if you wish to hang your poster.

Poster sessions: All posters will be displayed in the open area around to the registration desk.
